About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager Learning & Innovation, you will facilitate LINCS and psycho-educational workshops that support people on Community Correction Orders (CCOs) to successfully reintegrate into the community. This role involves delivering engaging group programs, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality, outcomes-focused service delivery across metropolitan Melbourne and occasionally regional Victoria.

This role is located at Camberwell and is a casual role. The hourly rate for this role is $64.12 per hour including the casual loading.

About you

• Relevant qualifications in education, counselling, social work, or a related discipline, with experience facilitating training or group programs for adults. Experience delivering Men's Behaviour Change programs is highly regarded.
• An engaging facilitator with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, able to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Sound judgement, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• A current Victorian Driver Licence and access to a fully maintained vehicle. Travel will include locations within metropolitan and regional Victoria.
