Reporting to the Senior Manager, you are a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) able to work with our team of highly skilled and dedicated practitioners providing FDRP to separating couples by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements, property settlements and developing parenting plans. Your responsibilities include providing conflict resolution, parent education, a framework for negotiation, undertaking assessments and mediation, group work (as required), providing information, support, and referrals to match presenting needs to services and programs. The successful candidate must have a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
We are offering a part-time position (0.8 FTE), working 29.4 hours a week, including one evening shift at our Melbourne FRC Centre. The base salary range is $98k-$105k (pro-rata) per annum with access to salary packaging of $18,550 per annum.
