Your Opportunity

As our Training & Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition for everyone. You'll wear two hats:

  1. Change Champion; Craft a winning strategy to guide everyone through the switch, minimising disruption and fostering excitement for the new system.
  2. Training Guru; Design and deliver engaging programs that equip staff at all levels with the skills and confidence to engage with Salesforce Not-Profit Cloud.

You'll be the bridge between the project team and our incredible staff, ensuring everyone feels supported and empowered.

Here's a snippet of what you'll do:

  • Partner with stakeholders to create a watertight change management plan.
  • Develop clear, engaging communication materials to keep everyone informed.
  • Design and deliver meaningful training programs that cater to different learning styles.
  • Become an expert on Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud functionalities and best practices.
  • Track progress, analyse data, and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Develop ongoing support mechanisms to answer questions and keep users engaged.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience leading change management initiatives.
  • Has experience delivering software training – you know how to make learning fun and engaging!
  • Is a communication whiz with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Thinks strategically and can solve problems in collaboration with the business.
  • Builds strong relationships and fosters a collaborative environment.
  • Understands change management methodologies and can adapt them situationally.

*How Salary Packaging can increase your take home pay

Salary packing is an entitlement granted by the Federal Government to workers in approved non-government and health organisations. Salary Packaging can increase your take home salary by creating tax free earnings. In effect, $15,899 of your wage can be paid tax free in each fringe benefit tax year. This 'tax free' amount is in addition to the tax-free threshold of $18,200 for income.
