The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (the College) is the peak body for advancing patient care and clinical excellence in clinical radiology and radiation oncology. The College is responsible for driving appropriate, high quality and safe use of medical imaging and radiation oncology through training, assessment and accreditation of radiologists and radiation oncologists, maintenance of quality and standards, and strategies to ensure the workforce is sufficient to support population needs in Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking to appoint a Training Program Manager within our Specialty Training Unit. In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for core activities across both Clinical Radiology and Radiation Oncology Training Programs. Reporting to the Head of the Unit and managing a team of 9 (with 4 direct reports) you will oversee operations, strategic planning, and governance. 

You are a known leader of people and have a proven track record across effective staff management, planning, financial management, strategy, risk management, as well as possessing exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities. You are a skilled public speaker, who has successfully developed programs and utilised your abilities to problem solve to positive outcome. Experience within the not for profit and / or healthcare sectors is desirable.
