Manager - Strategic Projects

The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists

About us

The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (the RANZCP) is a not-for-profit professional membership organisation. We are responsible for training, educating and representing psychiatrists in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

The College is accredited by the Australian Medical Council (AMC) and the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) to deliver specialist medical education and training, and professional development programs.

At our core is a deep commitment to equity and belonging. We are guided by our reconciliation commitments and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and we work purposefully to improve mental health outcomes for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and Māori communities because we believe quality care must reach everyone.

Joining the RANZCP means being part of something that matters: an organisation where your work directly shapes how psychiatry is practiced, taught, and experienced across two nations.
