The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (the RANZCP) is a not-for-profit professional membership organisation. We are responsible for training, educating and representing psychiatrists in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
The College is accredited by the Australian Medical Council (AMC) and the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) to deliver specialist medical education and training, and professional development programs.
At our core is a deep commitment to equity and belonging. We are guided by our reconciliation commitments and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and we work purposefully to improve mental health outcomes for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and Māori communities because we believe quality care must reach everyone.
Joining the RANZCP means being part of something that matters: an organisation where your work directly shapes how psychiatry is practiced, taught, and experienced across two nations.
As Manager, Strategic Projects, you will lead the delivery of high priority projects that support the College’s policy, governance and reform agenda. Working closely with the Executive Director, Policy & Advocacy, you will drive complex, cross functional initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with strategic priorities.
This is a senior role suited to someone who combines strong project leadership with the ability to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders and translate strategy into action.
Please apply via the "Apply Now" button with your resume and a short cover letter outlining how your skills and experience would benefit the role.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including First Nations peoples, LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent individuals, and people of all ages, cultures, faiths and lived experiences.
