Step into a leadership role that makes a real difference. As Clinic Manager at Rumbalara Medical Clinic, you’ll lead the daily operations of a vibrant, community-focused health service dedicated to delivering culturally safe, high-quality care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This role isn’t just about managing a clinic—it’s about empowering teams, strengthening partnerships, and improving community health outcomes. You’ll collaborate with passionate health professionals, support staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and continues to be a trusted space for our mob to receive the care they deserve.
You're a strong, culturally grounded leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring clinical or management expertise and are passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
The successful applicant must hold relevant professional registration (where applicable), a current Victorian Driver Licence, and satisfactorily complete a National Police Check and Employee Working with Children Check
