• Based in Bairnsdale with travel across Gippsland
• SCHADS Award Level 5 ($75000-$80,000 pro rata)

About the role:

Be part of a positive and enthusiastic team environment, providing assistance and working with young people in the Gippsland area. You will:

• Assist Youth to complete Court Orders;
• Engage Youth in positive activities to prevent re-offending.
• Encourage young people to create community connections, find employment and engage in education.
• Stabilise housing and assist in addressing health and wellbeing issues.
• Work within a positive team environment

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working within the Community Services sector;
• Having an understanding of reporting obligations appropriate to the position;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence/Working with Children’s Check/current Police Check.
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications (Diploma or above) and experience relevant to the position.
