ADA Australia is a statewide, not-for-profit, independent, community-based advocacy and education service, supporting and improving the wellbeing of older people and people with disability.

We are seeking applications for a permanent, full-time Finance Officer based in our head office in Geebung. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining creditor and debtor files, reconciling accounts, and supporting the Senior Finance Officer with month and year-end processing.

This role is a SACS level 5.1 position under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.

We are looking for people who hold a tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or bookkeeping with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. Previous experience working in a not-for-profit organisation would be an advantage.
