ADA Australia is a respected, independent, not-for-profit organisation advocating for the rights, safety and wellbeing of older people and people with disability across Queensland.
For more than 30 years, we've delivered advocacy, information and education services that empower people to understand their rights, make informed decisions and have their voices heard. Our work is guided by integrity, accountability, respect and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
We're seeking an Administration Officer to join our Business Support Services team based in Geebung.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll provide administrative, customer service and business support across the organisation. As one of the first points of contact for ADA Australia, you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences for clients, visitors, employees and community members while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.
You are organised, proactive and customer-focused, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality administrative support. You enjoy variety in your work, build positive relationships and can confidently manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
If you're a motivated administration professional who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
