PTC NSW is looking for passionate and versatile customer service professional who will be responsible for verbal and written member support, events coordination and general administration.

We’re looking for someone that wants to join a small close-knit team who thrive on ensuring that our member associations are supported across a number avenues whilst building strong and lasting relationships.

About the role;

This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated individual with a passion for administration, customer service and educational events. You will represent the organisation in a professional and friendly manner whilst coordinating and administrating a number of programmes.

Duties Include but not limited to;

  • Member Communications - including social media and e-campaigns
  • Professional Learning/Events Coordination - including creation of registration site, participant & presenter liaison
  • Conference Coordination
  • Member Associations Membership Administration - ensuring CRM is up to date and that reports are available as required
  • Respond to general member enquiries via phone, in person and email, ensuring accurate record keeping in CRM.

To be successful you will have:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service/administration role
  • Interest in events administration and coordination
  • A can-do attitude, the ability and willingness to take on any task,
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels internally and externally,
  • A high-level of attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills,
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel),
  • Virtual and live event operations experience,
  • EventsAir experience preferred - however training can be provided to the right candidate.
