We are looking for support workers for a young lady who lives on the North side of Brisbane.

We are seeking a very experienced worker who has a strong understanding of challenging and complex behaviours. You will need to have great communication skills and patience as well as experience supporting people with Intellectual impairment and Autism. You will need to be proactive and have common sense. This role will also involve assistance with cooking, domestic chores, personal hygiene and the running of an everyday household. You must be flexible and available to work weekdays, evenings, sleep overs and weekends. Community outings are a must, as she loves doing Zumba, Aqua aerobics, going to the beach and the park. She has a wicked sense of humour. You will be required to complete daily analysis reporting behaviour charts. Every two weeks team meetings will be held to support the staff. You must have your own vehicle. We want a team that will make sure that this young lady lives a happy and safe life. Support staff will need to be consistent with their approach, be committed, and inspire and challenge her abilities and to assist her to live her best life.
