Positive Caring Services (PCS) is welcoming qualified, ethical and values-driven Behaviour Support Practitioners interested in delivering Positive Behaviour Support in collaboration with an established NDIS Registered Provider that genuinely cares about people and the communities we support.

We offer flexible subcontracting opportunities Australia-wide for individual practitioners and businesses with qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Our collaborative model is designed to allow practitioners to maintain their professional identity, independence and autonomy while delivering PBS services within PCS’s registered-provider and compliance framework.
