About us

Phoenix Specialised Youth and Disability Services P/L is a provider of Youth and Disability staff and NDIA support services to communities across Victoria. We have grown significantly and are looking to recruit a Manager for our Allocations team.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Effective scheduling of client requests and allocation of CYFS/NDIS support staff.
  • Provide effective customer service to our valuable CYFS/NDIS clients.
  • Reporting directly to the Director.
  • Develop positive working relationships with our staff and clients.
  • Accurate data input for our systems.
  • Troubleshooting of day to day queries.
  • Managing day to day running of your own team and providing admin support to Support Coordination.

Qualifications & experience

  • Previous staff rostering experience highly regarded.
  • You will thrive in a busy environment with the ability to move between phone, emails and scheduling tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the Community Services sector.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of rostering information systems or the capacity to quickly learn new information systems. ENTIREHR highly regarded.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and sensitive documentation.

Essential role requirements:

  • A valid Victorian Drivers' Licence
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (Employment)
  • Clear National Criminal History Check
  • Successful NDIS worker screening check
