We are seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to join our team on a 12–15 month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.
Working closely with the General Counsel and Company Secretary, this role supports the smooth operation of the Foundation’s governance processes. The Assistant Company Secretary plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of Board and Committee activities and the organisation's compliance with record-keeping, reporting, and regulatory requirements and ensure high standards of corporate governance across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a governance professional to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation while gaining exposure to Board-level governance.
You are a highly organised governance professional who thrives in environments that require precision, judgement, and strong stakeholder engagement with 2–3 years’ experience in a governance, company secretariat or similar role.
