We are a not-for-profit organisation with 60 years history of being a key service provider for people with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities. Our BrightSky Australia enterprise provides medical consumables and equipment across Australia to the home, businesses and government. All profits go towards supporting ParaQuad’s community programs.
We value quality calls with exceptional customer service over the ability to handle high volume calls. We want you to use your active listening skills, positive outlook and empathy to make our customers feel heard and valued.
Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, your responsibilities include the following:
Previous Customer service experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential. Our ideal candidate is a friendly person with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. Having active listening skills, empathy and a positive outlook will see you succeed in this role.
Rostering times will vary however you will need to be available during business hours from Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 6pm.
