In this role, you will be a leader of a small team supporting the ongoing national growth of OzChild and its programs.
Whilst you will be focused on ensuring that OzChild meets its compliance and certification requirements, you will be solution focused and pragmatic in your approach.
You will build effective relationships in the way you listen, enquire, learn and then act to deliver fit for purpose solutions.
We seek an individual who won’t just ensure compliance but will be innovative, and support OzChild’s growth and reputation as a sector innovator.
Underpinning this, will be ability to inspire your team and internal stakeholders, to do so will require your ability to understand and lead change initiatives
