HR Business Partner



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven “ HR Business Partner “ to align our HR initiatives with business objectives and needs. Our ideal candidate would be a HR Business Partner with a generalist background who can work within a Business Partner Model bringing their exceptional stakeholder management to the forefront.

Your solid experience in Human Resources or similar roles should aid our organisation in “ adding value “ to not only provide HR solutions, but that added value to our organisation as a whole.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication, interpersonal & organisations skills and be a strategic thinker. The ideal candidate will be driven by, and have reference to the OzChild People strategy and a focus on the provision of expert HR and IR advice, guidance including interpretation and application of Modern Awards & employment law.

This role operates within a National context, requiring occasional interstate travel.
