At OzChild, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow up safe, connected, and thriving within their family and community. We are seeking a passionate and skilled FFT-CW Therapist to join our dedicated team in Edgeworth and help create lasting change for children, young people, and families.
Functional Family Therapy – Child Welfare (FFT-CW) is an evidence-based, family-focused intervention designed to support families involved with child protection services. FFT-CW works intensively with families in their homes and communities to build strengths, improve relationships, enhance safety, and prevent children from entering or re-entering out-of-home care.
As an FFT-CW Therapist, you will work directly with families experiencing complex challenges, delivering therapeutic interventions that support sustainable family change and improved outcomes for children.
You are passionate about supporting vulnerable children and families and have the ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
OzChild is one of Australia's leading child welfare organisations, committed to improving the lives of children, young people, and families. We value courage, compassion, collaboration, and accountability, and we invest in our people so they can do their best work every day.
If you are looking for a rewarding role where you can help families create lasting change, we would love to hear from you.
