The Role

The Prospect Management & Research Adviser is responsible for managing a comprehensive prospect pipeline for the Philanthropic Partnerships unit, leading prospect identification and research, and supporting strategy development in order to drive philanthropic giving from high net-worth individuals. Working closely with all relationship managers in the team, the Prospect Management & Research Adviser plays an important role in ensuring continued income growth.

A little about you (the key selection criteria)

To be successful in this role you will have;

• Proven experience in a qualitative major gifts prospect research role
• Excellent knowledge of prospect research methods, tools and resources, as well as donor needs and motivations
• Experience in analysing and synthesising data to provide concise recommendations
• Knowledge of charitable giving trends in the major gifts and principal gifts space
