As Senior Advisor, Media, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact media and communications activity that strengthens our reputation and drives meaningful engagement with the community.
Working closely with the Manager, Media and Communications, you will lead the development and execution of proactive and reactive media strategies, translating complex issues into compelling, accessible narratives. You will be responsible for crafting media releases, opinion pieces, and briefing materials, while also responding to media enquiries and providing strategic advice to senior leaders.
This role is both strategic and hands-on - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and can confidently navigate sensitive or complex media issues. You’ll also build strong relationships with journalists, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure our work reaches and resonates with diverse audiences.
You are a skilled media and communications professional with a strong track record of delivering impactful media outcomes and building trusted relationships.
