About the job

The Senior Marketing Content Producer is responsible for developing and delivering marketing and communications content that builds awareness, engagement and growth across Orygen Digital’s suite of products, with a particular focus on MOST, our free digital mental health service for young people aged 12-25.

Reporting to the Product Communications and Marketing Manager you will:

  • Create engaging content and campaigns that promote MOST and Orygen Digital products, translating complex clinical information into clear, accessible communications.
  • Develop and maintain digital content across websites, EDMs and paid media, using data insights to refine messaging and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with young people and key stakeholders through co‑design, ensuring content is relevant, audience‑led and aligned across Orygen Digital teams.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and partners, responding proactively to evolving communication needs and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to events, campaigns and streamlined communication processes, ensuring consistent application of Orygen and MOST branding.

Skills and experience

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • A tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or public relations, or related area.
  • Experienced content or marketing professional with strong storytelling, copywriting and digital content production skills across web, EDM and social channels.
  • Proven ability to create engaging, audience‑led content for diverse groups, supported by excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
  • Skilled collaborator with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, able to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused and open to feedback, with experience in health, digital or non‑profit settings and familiarity with tools like Campaign Monitor or Webflow (desirable).

This is a full-to-part-time (0.6-1.0 FTE) 12-month contract, with potential to extend.
