About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and organised Community Arts Administrator to coordinate inclusive, creative programs and support the operational delivery of arts-based initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Programs Manager, you will liaise with artists, facilitators and community partners while ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and compliance with NDIS and grant requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery of community arts programs, workshops and events.
  • Schedule venues, facilitators and participant sessions.
  • Manage communications, bookings, documentation and reporting systems.
  • Assist with grant acquittals, compliance records and promotional content.
  • Support community engagement, marketing and social-enterprise activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, accessibility and inclusion initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in community arts, disability services or social-impact programs.
  • Understanding of inclusive practice and accessibility in the arts.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace and basic CRM or scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and participants with diverse needs.

Qualifications

A relevant diploma or degree (e.g. Arts Administration, Community Services, Disability or Creative Industries) is desirable but not essential. Equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Salary $78,000 - $85,000 p.a. + super (negotiable based on experience)
