One2One is an organisation which provides individually tailored supports to people with disabilities and their families - one person at a time. We specialise in co-designing and implementing Individual Living Options using models such as Homeshare, Coresident and Mentor approaches.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our existing Coordination team. You must be passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live a good life whilst being afforded the same rights, opportunities, and responsibilities as everyone else.

  • We believe that people with disability should be included in the same kinds of places as everyone else rather than being defined and grouped by their disability.
  • We believe that every person should be in charge of their own destiny to the greatest extent possible.
  • We believe in being authentic and honest in all our working relationships.
  • We value the people who work for us in the same way we value our consumers.
  • We consult our consumers on any decisions One2One makes that may affect them.
  • We stick with our consumers through thick and thin because we want them to be committed to us for the long run.

Reporting to a Service Manager, this position is responsible for working in partnership with people and families to design and deliver their self-determined supports, in line with their goals and approved NDIS plans.

As a Coordinator with One2One you will become part of a team of motivated and innovative people who strive to apply contemporary and empowering approaches to supporting people with disabilities.

The successful candidate would ideally reside in the southern suburbs preferably in Mandurah or surrounding suburbs. This role will be required to support our consumers situated in the greater South West in Collie, Bunbury, and Busselton.

Duties include:

  • Individualised service planning and implementation, in partnership with the people we support and their families.
  • Recruitment, induction, and supervision of carefully selected and tailored support teams.
  • Liaison with NDIS planners, LACs, Govt agencies and various other stakeholders in relation to service delivery and outcomes.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Coordinator of individualised disability services, staff recruitment and staff supervision in a similar working environment.
  • Significant experience in NDIS Plan interpretation and implementation.
  • Commitment to the personal growth and well-being of the people that we support.
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable initiative in their work approach.
  • Highly developed organisation, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Sound computer and IT skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Interviewed applicants will need to provide a Police Clearance, a current drivers licence and two recent work referees. This is an initial fixed term full time contract. Applications can be made before the close date by clicking Apply Now visiting our website and submitting an Expression of Interest form together with a resume and a statement addressing the above selection criteria.
