ONCALL is currently seeking an NDIS Supported Independent Living Manager to join our dynamic and diverse Accommodation Services team. The primary focus of this role will be to develop, drive and deliver high quality Supported Independent Living services throughout Victoria to residents with significant, complex and dual disabilities.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Accommodation and Client Services, you will utilise your expertise to drive and ensure deliverer of quality, client centred care to our SIL Services residents.
To be considered, we require a result orientated, self-driven and organised individual who, has a relevant qualification and has a solid proven background/experience in providing strong governance and leadership in Disability Accommodation and/or SIL Services.

You will possess a thorough understanding of legislation and quality framework related NDIS and have experience working with people of all ages, with complex needs and behaviours. Superior communication and reporting skills along with an ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure will ensure your success.
