The position is offered as either a part time or full time, maximum term contract to 30 June 2023, with possibility of extension if funding allows. The position is based at Richmond, with flexible location options available.
The key purpose of the position is to assist OHV to submit high quality data to its funders, monitor service performance against funded targets, and present data in an accessible format to ensure management can make informed service decisions.
A day in the life of this position includes: Submission of VADC report data to DHHS Troubleshoot problems and complex reporting errors either with VADC or rediCASE and coordinate and aid resolutions. Support reporting analysis to inform service delivery and policy development. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop OHV and partnership members client data capture requirements. Assist in the development and administration of OHV CMS (rediCASE) and relevant client reporting systems. Assist organisational VADC reporting requirements, via interpretation of key data reference documents and specifications. Provide guidance to Management via reports and aid user guidance via documenting key processes aiding data input and error correction.
