Job Description
Join a purpose-driven organisation and team making a real difference in people’s lives. In this lead role, you will drive high-value fundraising across major donors, corporates, trusts & foundations, and the capital campaign - building meaningful relationships, and delivering sustainable impact.
Working closely with the CEO, Executive Directors and Board, you’ll shape strategy, grow income, and play a key role in expanding vital services for people affected by addiction. This is an exciting opportunity to build and strengthen a high-value fundraising program in a supportive, dynamic and collaborative environment.

Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in high-value fundraising (major donors, trusts & foundations, and/or corporate partnerships)
- Strong track record of growing income and meeting targets
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing staff
- Excellent relationship-building skills, including engaging senior stakeholders
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including proposal and grant writing
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably Raiser’s Edge)
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for purpose-driven work
- Flexibility to attend occasional out-of-hours events and travel to site locations as part of stakeholder engagement
- Right to live and work in Australia.
- National Criminal History Check <1 yr old
- Working With Children paid employee Clearance.
