ABOUT THE PROJECTS

This is an exciting opportunity to join Youth Teams at CID. These are Young Voices Big Choices and Young Leaders Projects.

    • Facilitate coaching opportunities designed to enable young people to identify and act on their goals.
    • Lead peers aged 15–25 years during and after school transition.
    • Engage families and supporters in opportunities to understand, practise and grow confidence in enabling supported decision-making and self-determination.

All elements of the projects are co-produced with people with intellectual disability and developed in consultation with families, schools and post-school transition professionals.
