As an Occupational Therapist (Early Career) within our Ageing Well Service, you will provide evidence-based assessment and intervention to older adults living in the community. Working from a strengths-based and person-centred approach, you will support clients to achieve their goals, maximise independence and remain safely engaged in everyday activities.
