The Child Health and Development (CHAD) team supports children and families to achieve meaningful participation in everyday life through collaborative, family centred care. The multidisciplinary team includes Paediatric Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Dietitians, delivering services through Community Health, NDIS and other community initiatives.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Early Career Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Child Health and Development team in a dedicated early career pathway role. This fixed term opportunity has been designed to support transition into the profession through supervision, mentoring and exposure across paediatric community health and NDIS settings.
Working with children aged 0 to 12 years and their families, you will provide assessment and intervention services across clinic and outreach settings including childcare, kindergarten and schools. You will work closely with experienced clinicians and a multidisciplinary team to build your paediatric practice skills and confidence.
You are an early career Occupational Therapist who is passionate about paediatrics and excited to grow your clinical practice within a supportive community health environment.
