About Us

No to Violence is Australia’s largest peak body for individuals and organisations working with men who use family violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the national Men’s Referral Service, providing free and confidential counselling, referral pathways and support directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men’s use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

About the Role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to lead systems (re-)design and optimisation essential to support and underpin the effective delivery of our life-changing services.

You will:

  • Map the information needs of operational teams at No to Violence to identify improvement opportunities for the organisation’s client and case management system (CCM)
  • Identify opportunities to integrate or align with the design and delivery of an online National Directory of Services for People Using Violence.
  • Lead system and process improvements and support configuration changes.
  • Develop business documentation to ensure effective systems-supported workflow and data maintenance practice.
  • Ensure all changes to the CCM enable timely and accurate data reporting.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for data integrity and systems improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You will also bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, MIS, or Data Analytics
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (experience with Salesforce highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering
  • Proven experience in supporting the delivery of successful implementations and optimisations
  • High-level Microsoft Excel and database skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
