Reporting to the Director, Strategy Implementation and Engagement, the Manager, Population Health and Evaluation will lead high-quality monitoring, evaluation, and population health initiatives across NWMPHN. The role focuses on translating data and insights into practical recommendations that guide commissioning, and organisational decision-making.
You will work closely with the Insight, Performance and Digital Services (IPDS) team and senior leaders to ensure population health intelligence and evaluation findings inform planning. You will also mentor and support a small, high-performing team to deliver measurable impact across commissioned programs.
This collaborative, hands-on role suits a data-driven leader with strong population health and evaluation expertise, and a passion for applying insights to drive continuous improvement and better community health outcomes.
