Are you an experienced commissioning and projects professional who is passionate about improving mental health, suicide prevention and alcohol and other drug services?
Join NWMPHN as Lead, Commissioning and Projects and play a key role in designing, improving and strengthening commissioned services that respond to community needs.
Working with internal teams, service providers, community members and people with lived experience, you will lead projects that support better access, integration and outcomes across primary care. This is an opportunity to apply your project management, stakeholder engagement and service design expertise in a purpose-driven organisation that values collaboration, evidence-informed practice, flexibility and inclusion.
The role sits within the Service Development and Reform (SDR) Business Unit and works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support coordinated project delivery, effective service design and the successful implementation of commissioning activities.
We are North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN), Victoria's largest independent, locally governed and run, not-for-profit PHN, dedicated to improving primary health care in our community.
