The NILS Network of Tasmania Inc. is a community-based organisation that works to improve the standard of living of Tasmanians on low incomes by helping them access safe and affordable loans.

We are engaged in an exciting growth and change process as an organisation, as we seek to support and reach significantly more Tasmanians over the next three years.

This management role calls on your ability to manage staff, build team work and develop a good organisational culture. As well as efficiently managing the day to day operations of NILS Tasmania you will seek to continuously improve systems, processes and functions in all areas of the business.

A commitment to social justice and an understanding of issues facing people living on low incomes will inform your analytical and systems thinking. Time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively set priorities and manage a diverse workload, are essential to this role.
