The General Manager is the senior role for this small, exciting and culturally important organisation and reports directly to the Executive Committee.
The organisation is a not for profit organisation and has two major responsibilities:
This role optimises organisational performance, growth and sustainability through successful implementation of plans and strategies as determined by the Executive Committee.
Leading a small and effective team, delivering high quality community aged care services that meet the Aged Care and Disability Standards, responsibilities of the role also include asset and resources management, promotional activities and general reporting to the Executive Committee.
This is a full time five day per week Monday to Friday role based in Melbourne.
