Support Worker Opportunity – Kenmore Hills

We’re currently seeking a female Support Worker to join a participant’s team in Kenmore Hills, following a request from the participant’s parent to ensure the child feels safe, comfortable, and supported within their care environment.

About the Role

This position involves supporting a child participant in their daily routines and activities, with a focus on building rapport, emotional safety, and positive connection.

Experience working with children is essential, as this role requires a calm, nurturing, and patient approach that supports the child’s comfort and wellbeing.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Female Support Worker (in line with the participant’s choice and control of supports)
• Experience supporting children (essential)
• Current Blue Card (essential)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (essential)
• Current First Aid & CPR (essential)
• A reliable, fully insured vehicle + current driver’s license (essential)
• Qualifications in Disability, Individual Support, or Mental Health (highly regarded)

This staffing preference has been requested by the participant’s parent to ensure the child feels safe, secure, and at ease within their support environment, in line with their individual needs and comfort.
