About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will empower people from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals, build independence, and connect with their communities.

You will assist with daily living activities (personal care, manual handling,meal prep, and household tasks), support community participation, and collaborate with other organisations, their families and health professionals, always promoting dignity, respect, and choice.

What you’ll need

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care, Disability, AIN or equivalent;
  • Strongly encourage AINs, ENs and Aged Care Nurses to apply.
  • Students welcome to apply (Allied Health, Nursing, OT, and related fields)
  • Experience in support work (a bonus but not essential)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • NSW Driver’s Licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check (within 3 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening or willing to apply.
  • Orientation Module or willing to complete.
  • Ability to lift up to 10kg unassisted
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A heart full of empathy and a commitment to respect and dignity.
