As a Support Worker in our Tweed Heads region, you'll provide hands-on support to people living with disability in a home setting, assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and daily living tasks while encouraging independence and choice.
This permanent part-time role offers 48 hours per fortnight across a 24/7 roster. You'll build genuine relationships with customers and collaborate with their families and support team to ensure each person's individual goals and needs are met.
