About the Role

We are seeking an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person to play a key role in our Reconciliation journey.

The RAP Implementation Coordinator provides expertise to Neami’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, supporting our commitment to change that reduces health inequities and creates respectful and safe environments and services.

What would I be doing?

The RAP Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of Neami’s current Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (2019-21) and developing our next plan. The Implementation Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Manager Social Innovation and Design to engage with key stakeholders and coordinate the delivery of actions outlined in the RAP, enabling structures and practices that support genuine engagement with the Reconciliation process. This will include providing internal cultural consultation and communicating the progress of the RAP.

It is expected that the RAP Implementation Coordinator will have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement ability as well as strong project management skills and experience.
