With continued growth at Neami, a new leadership role has been created for a Manager – HR Services team. Working collaboratively with the Senior Manager People, Capability and Culture (PCC) and Manager- HR Advice Team, this role will have responsibility for the delivery of tailored recruitment services and systems to support the recruitment team as well as Managers across Australia on staffing, culture, and leadership issues.

We are looking for a skilled leader to join our team and further develop the strong partnerships the HR Services team has built with managers across Neami.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong HR leadership experience and/or experience managing service delivery within not-for-profit or human services organisations with a solid understanding of HR, recruitment and people management issues.
- First class communication, relationship and negotiating skills, be well respected and accomplished at developing collaborative and influential relationships.
- Strongly developed recruitment skills, project management skills, knowledge of best practice recruitment approaches, and solid skills and experience working with and implementing web based recruitment systems.
- Working in a dynamic environment without rigid structure and will see the opportunities presented in times of change.
- An ability to enjoy a team environment, have capacity to work autonomously, and share our commitment to continue reviewing and improving what we do.
