In the Clinical Lead role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for supporting the clinical oversight and leadership of the Medicare Mental Health phone service (MMHps).
The Clinical Lead will:
You will play an active role in discipline knowledge sharing with your Neami colleagues and creating a reciprocal learning environment for staff.
As a member of the leadership team you will foster strategic partnerships within the community and have a key role in service development, evaluation, and improvement.
