About the Role:
- Location: Brisbane or Gold Coast, but other QLD locations considered.
- Working Arrangement: Remote/Work from Home
- Hours: Part-time, 3 days, 22.8 hours per week
- Status: Fixed-term until 31 December 2027 – possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and sector stakeholders.
- Identify and work with subject matter experts and people with lived experience of disability to refine data collection and reimbursement processes to support NDIS providers and project deliverables.
- Host and facilitate online workshops and events.
- Develop data reports regarding project engagement.
- Develop relevant project resources.
- Provision of timely information to ensure related project milestones are met and
- Development, coordination and promotion of workshops and events calendar.
- Coordinate the promotion of the services offered by the project.
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries and provide effective support and guidance.
- Develop project reports and news updates.
- Implement effective business processes to deliver optimal stakeholder experiences.
- Participate as a cooperative team member and represent NDS as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by manager/supervisor from time to time
- Comply with NDS’s policies and procedures at all times, including (but not limited to) HR, Quality, Work Health & Safety (WHS), IT, Security, and Data Privacy

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by manager/supervisor from time to time

- Respond to reasonable contact from NDS outside standard work hours if required as part of role responsibilities.
- Develop accessible versions of documents for internal and external distribution.

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated project management and administrative skills.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and a proven track record of meeting timelines with limited supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop networks and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
- Demonstrated written communication skills of a high standard.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite (including Excel.)
- Experience working independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to create and host meeting in Zoom and or Teams environments.
- A tertiary qualification in a related discipline is desirable.
Highly desirable
- Understanding of the disability sector and of violence prevention, in particular for people with a disability.
