NCOSS has several priorities that require additional capacity in the Policy and Advocacy team, with a particular focus on sector sustainability and government commissioning practices.

This position is for full time (35 hours a week for a period of 12 months), but this is negotiable for the right candidate.

The salary is $107,304 a year or $58.96 per hour + superannuation + leave loading. Generous leave provisions apply, including additional paid leave between Christmas and NY for days that aren’t gazetted public holidays.

As a Public Benevolent Institution endorsed by the ATO as Fringe Benefit Tax Exempt, NCOSS also offers staff salary packaging.

NCOSS’ offices are located in the Paul Ramsay Foundation’s NFP hub at heritage listed Yirranma Place, on that part of Gadigal Country also now known as Darlinghurst. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
