Are you passionate about keeping people safe, active and connected? The National Centre of Indigenous Excellence (NCIE) is looking for enthusiastic Pool Lifeguards to join our fun, community-driven team in the heart of Redfern.

We are looking for qualified Lifeguards available to work across a 7-day rotating roster, with particular emphasis on evenings and weekends. This is the perfect opportunity to be part of something meaningful, while gaining valuable experience in a supportive and community-focused environment.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Love helping people and working as part of a dynamic, high-energy team
• Are passionate about the safety and wellbeing of others
• Can balance teamwork with independent responsibility
• Hold a current NSW Pool Lifeguard qualification, First Aid and CPR
• Hold a current Working With Children Check and Police Check or be willing to obtain.
