We’re now looking for an inspiring Retail Assistant Manager to join our Paddington store, with an exciting opportunity to grow as we prepare to open our new Balmain store in March 2026!

About the role

As a Retail Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to create a warm and memorable experience for every customer. You’ll help motivate and inspire the team, drive daily operations, and ensure our store reflects the calm, beautiful energy of the Nature Baby brand.
