This is work that matters.

You'll spend your time building relationships with workers, identifying leaders, recruiting new members, developing campaigns and supporting members to take collective action around the issues that matter most.

Depending on your experience and the role you are appointed to, you'll also contribute to industrial strategy, enterprise bargaining, dispute resolution, campaign planning, mentoring organisers and leading complex organising initiatives.

This is varied, challenging and deeply rewarding work. Every conversation you have, every member you recruit and every campaign you help deliver contributes to building a stronger, fairer higher education sector.
