The Community Growth & Partnerships Lead is responsible for deepening Nascha’s presence and reputation within the NDIS, Aged Care, and broader community services sector in Western Australia, and for turning that presence into sustainable growth. The role is grounded in genuine sector knowledge — understanding how participants, families, Support Coordinators, and referral pathways actually work — and uses that knowledge to build trusted relationships, grow referrals, and identify funding opportunities.
This position combines stakeholder engagement, participant growth, and marketing coordination, with grant-writing and fundraising treated as valued additions rather than core requirements. The Community Growth & Partnerships Lead plays a key role in increasing participant and Service User referrals and intake, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and contributing to initiatives that align with the organisation’s purpose, values, and long-term objectives.
