The Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer – Plan Management to join our team. This role will provide support to the Finance Team in areas such as but not limited to:

• NDIS Plan management invoice processing and payments
• Timely dispatch of statements to participants
• Allocating participant incoming payments through NDIS, including EFT, cheques, credit cards and cash
• Submitting to NDIS for reimbursement prior to payment to providers
• Respond to enquiries via phone and email providing clear, friendly, and timely information for potential participants
• Prepare and issue service agreements, ensuring accuracy and a smooth digital-signature process of participants
• Maintain and update internal onboarding systems, keeping participant records current and supporting a seamless start to finish participant experience
• Follow up selected overdue accounts.

Desirable

• Experience in submitting claims through the NDIS Provider Portal
• Experience of using accounting software
• Knowledge of NDIS Price guides and item codes
• Allocating participants incoming payments through NDIS (including EFT, cheques, credit cards and cash)

The ideal candidate will be a team player, have experience as a Finance Officer, the NDIS and Plan Management.
