The Network of Alcohol and other Drugs Agencies (NADA) is the peak organisation for non government alcohol and other drugs services in NSW. We advocate for, strengthen and support the sector. As a member driven peak body, NADA’s decisions and actions are informed by the experiences, knowledge and concerns of its membership.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects and bringing people together to achieve meaningful outcomes. You'll work with a diverse range of stakeholders across the sector, support workforce and capacity-building initiatives, and contribute to projects that align with NADA's strategic priorities. We value community knowledge, lived experience, cultural understanding, professional expertise and a commitment to collaborative ways of working.

Whilst NADA represents 93 member services in over 150 locations across NSW, 20 of those services are Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACC)s), making up 21% of our membership. We work in partnership with ACCOs, communities and workers across NSW and value the leadership, expertise and knowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples bring to the alcohol and other drugs sector.

NADA is committed to creating a culturally safe, inclusive and respectful workplace where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are valued, supported and empowered to thrive. Guided by NADA’s Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan 2026–2029, we are committed to advancing reconciliation and strengthening outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the alcohol and other drug sector. We work closely with ACCOs, Aboriginal workers, community representatives and sector leaders to support meaningful and sustainable change.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply. NADA recognises the unique knowledge, skills, perspectives, community connections and leadership Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples bring to the workplace. We welcome applications from people with diverse experiences and pathways and are committed to supporting culturally safe recruitment processes.

We offer flexible work arrangements, salary packaging, annual leave loading, professional development opportunities, cultural learning and wellbeing initiatives, and a supportive team environment.
