The National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) is the national peak body representing 148 Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs). ACCHOs deliver comprehensive primary health care to more than half of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples nationally.
The Grants and Program Operations Coordinator supports the delivery of the NACCHO Cancer Program and national cancer initiatives aligned with the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cancer Plan. The role is responsible for coordinating grants management, funding agreements, contracts, implementation tracking, payments, reporting, and operational support across multiple Cancer Program streams, while contributing to continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and governance processes in a fast-paced environment.
The position works in close collaboration with ACCHOs, Affiliates, government agencies, and internal teams to support culturally safe,
community-led approaches that improve cancer outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
